Returns & Exchange Portal

*Please note the following conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:

  • Sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
  • Once a product has been purchased at a reduced price, we are unable to apply future discounts, sale adjustments, or partial refunds to that order.

Returns & Exchanges — Online Orders

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges where there is a valid reason for return.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for either:

  • a full refund, or
  • an exchange.

For pre-order items, the 14-day return period begins from the date the order is delivered.

To be eligible for return, all items must:

  • be unworn and unused,
  • be in original, re-saleable condition,
  • include all original tags attached, and
  • be returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions and may return such items back to the customer.


Return Shipping

Please note that returns are not currently free of charge. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import charges incurred during transit.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping and strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service.


Condition of Returned Items

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival at our fulfilment centre.

If an item is found to be:

  • worn,
  • damaged,
  • marked,
  • washed, or
  • otherwise unsuitable for resale,

we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to the customer.

We are mindful of the environmental impact caused by non-resellable returns and encourage customers to return items responsibly.

In some cases, items may be reviewed by a specialist team on a case-by-case basis. Please note this process may extend the time required to complete your return or refund.


Exchanges

Where an exchange is approved, no additional shipping fee will be charged for the replacement item being sent out.

Please note:

  • exchanges are subject to product availability, and
  • sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refund Processing

Returns and exchanges can take up to 21 working days to be received, inspected, and processed.

Where a refund is approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout,
  • refunds will only cover the amount paid for the returned item(s), and
  • original shipping costs and external fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Once processed by us, refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.


EU & International Returns

Customers returning items from outside the United Kingdom may incur customs duties, taxes, or import handling fees.

As return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, this also includes any customs charges incurred during the return process.
